-inspection of all roof seals
-inspect water intrusion areas
-cleaning all sealant
-applying new non-sag Dicor or self-leveling Dicor sealant as needed

We will flush all water lines, sanitize fresh-water tank, inspect all AC’s, inspect hot water tank, flush hot water tank, check anode rod, P&T valve and install a new drain plug.

De-winterize, water line flush, inspections on AC’s, furnace, water heater, roof, seals, tires, slides, life safety insp., battery maint., and winterize! $2300 value for $1600

$250/hr + $100 service call

To include cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils, inspecting capacitors and condenser unit, install new filters, and inspect seals on roof.
*$75 for additional units.

Dedicated 4 hour time for new RV owners. Walk through will consist of:
-hitching up
-hooking up
-waste tank maintenance
-roof maintenance
-AC, furnace, water heater features
-electrical systems
-water systems
